The Full Story

Ryan and Allie began their journey in real estate back in 2019 and have served as full time real estate professionals ever since. Ryan, who came from the world of architecture, has always had a passion for design and real estate that ultimately fueled the concept of House of Max and convincing Allie to switch her Speech Therapy career to join him on an endless adventure of real estate experiences and life itself. 

From helping buyers and sellers through traditional real estate practices, and becoming experts in navigating simple and complex real estate transactions, Ryan and Allie took their wisdom and experience and began exploring the world of real estate investing. ​Specializing in real estate acquisitions, Ryan and Allie have learned that the key to success when investing real estate starts with finding the right opportunity. Whether it's a bonus room, views, a certain part of town

The mission is simple. Improve our neighborhoods and offer functional living that is timeless in design. Our intentions are to make simple changes to design standards that once were and transition them to accommodate modern day living. We don't want to reinvent the wheel, but we do want to connect with the homeowners of modern day and offer them housing solutions that allow homeowners to inspire, connect, and create lasting memories in their home 🏡 .

Ryan and Allie have created over 30+ homes over the past few years, along with a wide variety of other real estate ventures and transactions. We don't plan on stopping anytime soon and are always looking for an opportunity to create a dream or help someone find one. We're experienced enough to know that this industry is self-reliant on trust and relationships, and ultimately, working with people who do what they say they are going to do.
